Rapid Adapter I don't actively watch wrestling, but I love this channel Kim Justice's Wrestling Road.

The last 15 minutes of the men’s Royal Rumble were pretty good. Then I had to go back and check in on AEW because I miss wrestling.
I saw Sid Vicious(the wrestler) at the supermarket in Memphis buying beer. He was MAYBE one inch taller than me. Ipso facto, I could take on the Undertaker.
Sid and Undertaker seem pretty legitimately tall but I have been in the same room with Road Warrior Hawk and I was definitely more than a little taller than him. It was right before he passed away so maybe he had compressed some by then but still.
Dodge same.. i only watch WWE occasionally now, but watched the rumble and was pretty surprised at the standard, targeted more to kids i suppose. for all the annoying stuff that comes through AEW (random matches, too many squashes, random production errors, their tendency to push the wrong people), it really is sick to watch when it's runnin hot.
the toni storm saga's been so sick... the promo she gave after the amnesia angle was so fkn funny: 'you may be the most evil woman alive, but you came from my womb and i'm gonna stick you back up there and spit you out' is an all-timer imo haha
Timeless Toni Storm is the best gimmick in AEW right now,l. Those amnesia segments they shot where she was asking older wrestlers to watch her match and give her notes were legitimately funny. I didn't know wrestling was capable of that.

62 Pancrase matches. Overall, probably an 85% chance the matches are real. If Minori Suzuki wins, it's probably less than 50% it's real, but otherwise it should be good. It's hard to say, because they started before UFC, and they didn't have ground & pound, but once UFC came around, Pancrase did start doing ground & pound.
Seems suspicious.

yo! to the NJPW/Stardom/DDT/etc wrestling heads.. i'm headed to Japan with my partner over Christmas/New Year's for a couple weeks and wanting to try make it along to a wrestling show there.. but finding it hard to see an events schedule that far in advance. i'm guessing the timing won't work (approx Dec 23 - Jan 6) but there's gotta be somethin on right? we'll mostly be down south between Tokyo and Nagasaki i think. any tips would be sick!
Was really shocked to see Cena make the turn but it further cements Cody as the face of the WWE. Interested to see how Cena's last year goes now that hes made the full heel turn. Also was surpised to see them not focus in on shocked little kids in Cena shirts
Heel Cena vs. Face Orton at some point this year is gonna be a interesting prospect. Also, annoyingly, they have been building to this for a while. Ya know, Cena just needs one more world title to be the greatest of all time, but he's lost every match he's had in the last couple years. Going bad was the only way he could cement his legacy.
