Been having a blast going through all these extended Mick Hobbs projects, who I only learned of after he died few weeks back. Officer, the Lo Yo Yo, the Work to name a few... he also played in Half Japanese in the mid 2010s. Anyone else a fan? Similar territory as Slap Happy and the Red Crayola. Genius shit!

Does anyone know if the new Sharpnel album, Sedan Crater, will be distributed in Europe? More and more often, Australian bands release their records exclusively for the local market, and I was wondering if this will be the case again or if it will be available here as well.

Picked this record up by Vacuum the other day because I saw it featured folks from Nun (the Aussie post-punk/goth band from _10yrs back). It’s pretty sick! It’s like a mix of synth, noise, dark ambient, and almost trip hop.
