Dont know what a Diva is. Saw Circuit des Yeux play a couple years ago (the sadly short lived gaston oregon festival) and was blown away by her stage presence. Nobody from our little underground scene has achieved that level of artistry.
However, does such a performance have a premeditated quality to it that makes it not Diva? The pop stars mentioned at the beginning use choreography, but that pervades all of pop so perhaps it is not related to Diva-ness whatsoever.
