The bars can't be topped... The Hysterics had a glorious take on them though.
There are always exceptions to the rule, but in general it is a horrible idea to use a logo that refers to a classic band. I've seen a lot of band logos on stickers on guitar and drum cases. Most suck. If you're gonna use a logo, better make it great.
