I was talking to a friend about the Fabulous Stains movie the other day and was reminded just how many noteworthy punkers are in that thing. Paul and Steve from the Sex pistols, Paul Simonon from The Clash, Black Randy, and I think there's some I'm missing. They can only be considered "actors" in the most fleeting sense of the word, but it's fun to see them onscreen.
