Not my own label so much, but something I help out with - first release from our collectively-run DIY label from Sydney, based around a rehearsal room a bunch of us run down here called Boom Boom Room Records. The comp features 18 of about 24 bands and projects that have passed through the space over the past few years.. almost all new groups, some side-projects, and as genre agnostic as it gets haha - going from hardcore to ambient, through punk and garage, indie-folk and some other experiments... a pretty sweet snapshot of a lesser known side of Sydney for those interested!
Only just came out but it's a fun project.. and a means to finally get some music out for all these bands I've been playing in that aren't gettin around to releasing - Ex-Colleague, Double Date, Eratics, Next Enterprise... good times!
