Hi! I’m Brad from the band Frick from Salt Lake City. I just found this forum and thought it would be interesting to see what you all think of us, cassettes, punk 7” records, and whatever else.
Every song of ours is 2 mins or less. Some are funny, some are sad, some are political, they’re just all about whatever is on our mind at the time. We are just here to have fun. We have released 8 EPs, 2 albums, and a couple of fun compilations, including one that’s just instruments 8-bit versions of some of our songs. Cuz why the fuck not?
We put out a 10 song 7” recently, but we mainly do limited run cassette releases. Our latest cassette was super slowed down versions of our songs recorded over old Book of Mormon tapes splattered with “sacrificial blood.”
Anyway, I’m excited to dig into this forum more and have some cool and thoughtful conversations with you all!
