This year there are going to be three shows (Friday night, Saturday day, Saturday night), and 17 bands total. All three shows will be in Northeast Portland at the WORLD FAMOUS KENTON CLUB. It's not as centralized as Swan Dive, but its got tons of character, cheap drinks, and a large back patio. I'm very excited about seeing all these bands at Kenton Club. Saturday day show will be outside at the Kenton, and if all comes together will include a market.
TICKET SALES:
I've done presales in mid December the last two years so out of towners had plenty of time to make flight and hotel arrangements. Last year we added an intown presale so locals got a chance to get tickets. We plan to do both again this year but with a few changes. Saturday night there was some discussion about making all of the tickets available right before christmas can be tough for those on a tight budget so here's the plan for this time around. We are gonna put 100 up for sale this weekend, have an intown presale at a still unknown location the second weekend of January, and will put the rest up online the following Monday.
