Wax Trax is very good. I appreciate how they give pretty detailed unique reviews of pretty much everything in there. The main bummer is just about all their indie and punk type records are new. They don't seem to have much of a used trade for that stuff.
Twist & Shout is another store. They have a ton of stuff but are mostly geared toward yuppies. Their prices are higher and they don't have much in the way of the punk we would want.
If you go to Boulder, I have liked Paradise Found. I think they may have moved and gotten a bigger place since the last time I was there, but in the past I liked they had a better used section for punk and indie.
My go-to restaurant is Yak & Yetti, a Nepalese brew pub.
