JessVex One of my all-time favorite records. Just incredible, instant-hit stuff. Purported to feature the first rap-influenced verse from any UK band, though that might be a dubious claim.
Mine comes with unapplied label stickers --- sorta in same manner/style as the Angst In My Pants comp. Sleeve is a hot pink die cut Faulty Products 12" company sleeve [see that one Cortinas 12" on Step Forward] with cover art pasted on front and back. I guess printed sleeves also exist, though I've never seen other than on Discogs. No idea what's first.
Have long wanted to get the story behind this record/band and actually made a lil' bit of progress tracking down members to chat. I should probably follow through with that in 2026.
Anyway, yeah...Perfect record.
