There's quite a few label people on here so where are you sending physical promo packages to today? Radio stations, blogs, magazines? Here's some I send to
WFMU
BIG TAKEOVER
YELLOW GREEN RED
MRR
RAZORCAKE
BYRON COLEY

who else have you got?

KDVS
WYXR in Memphis

Curious who else people are sending to these days!

Yellow Green Red
Auxiliary Out
Razorcake
MRR

I think I’m pretty much done with MRR at this point though.

Ah sweet thanks for this list.. have you had much luck with these outlets with a digital submission/email to see if they're keen on a release before shipping? Shipping to these outlets from Australia is crazy, and I keep my margins so thin that it's not really workable to pay $20 just to send records out into the void..

    Gettin' tougher and tougher ,
really trying to only send to places have a really good chance of getting written about. Not much to add to ones already said but/

Doug Mosurock/Heathen Disco (he seems to be writing much more frequently these days)
Copy This Cassette (obv cassettes only, but its a good physical zine)

    Radio
    WPRB
    KMSU(specifically FFFFREAKOUT)

    Depressing thread !HA

    BARELY HUMAN

I know most of em are physical submission only. For LP promo in USA I just always send a stack to a mate and then they send em on. With 7s I tell the post office it's just paper inside and then it's only 3 quid a piece to post.

A little German list consisting of a blog and a few zines:

    Manierenversagen
    Plastic Bomb
    OX
    Underdog

I'm happy to help if anyone wants stuff getting sent on in Germany.

MRR seem to be active on the physical stuff. TP well represented re reviews and making ‘best of’ lists etc.
Do you send them physical stuff?

      Chipoil Chippy T
Yeah I still send MRR stuff. The list I send physical copies to though has gotten very short. It’s about half what it used to be. Currently working on a physical zine with some other fine folks. First issue will be out in September and will hopefully be pretty review heavy

yeah they're really good! sent them a 7" of one of my bands post-breakup with in their words, terrible cover art, and they still listened, reviewed it fairly, made a top 10 etc.. it's sick there's an outlet alive that listens to all this shite we're makin and tries their best to give a shit

sixbigboys slightly less amateurish only because of the inclusion of lots of people who actually know what they are doing

Nospectatorsnash I second that- WCSB is a great station.

@Randall might want to check with Eddie, he’s got a pal who hosts a radio show in Bloomington.
