The Middle Class with dancing by Rob Zabrecky (In the Red! artist, magician, author)

Made this video for the first Golden Pelicans single. A few years later we were at a BBQ in Toronto with Laurice, who was playing a show the next night. He told me he had seen our video and said it must have been very expensive to make.

This is my favorite music video from the past couple years. If the original, MTV-era intention of music videos still exists and the goal is to get people to buy your music, it worked on me. I love the brass lip tape. that aside, it’s some badass DIY art and it goes perfect with the song.

I like Home Front's vids a lot. Sometimes I'll pull up the vid instead of listening to the audio

trippy animation I made with my brother maybe 15 yrs ago.

old band vid that was a collab.

some proper videos I love by my friend Chris' old band. Dawn of MTV/musique plus/much music. They were given a budget to make a video in a day or something, a grant/contest kind of thing. Leonard Cohen just happened to walk by and they convinced him to cameo based on his son's adoration of MTV :

ECSR has been drip drip drip posting HQ versions of older vids over the last month. Hope this means a fall tour.
